1:00 - 4:30 PM
Varied Industries Building, Meeting Room B
Many of today’s consumers are inquisitive about the meat products they purchase, including pork. From Millennials to Baby Boomers, varying segments of the population are thoroughly evaluating not only meat quality, safety and price, but also how food-producing animals are raised and cared for on the farm.
In this session, seminar participants will explore current consumer research and meat buying trends. They’ll also get a better understanding of what motivates a consumer’s buying decision starting from the pre-store visit preparation and ending with a purchase at the meat case.
Zoetis will host two sessions with time for a Q&A after each session. Light refreshments provided.
